Directions for Use:
1. Shake well before each use.
2. Brush your horse’s coat to remove dirt or loose hair.
3. Spray lightly over the coat — just enough to dampen, not soak.
4. For face and sensitive areas, apply by wiping with a cloth.
5. For riders, apply as a light mist to skin or clothing, using a cloth for face application.
6. Avoid eyes, mouth, open skin, and sensitive spots. Always test on a small area first if using on fabric or leather.

Really nice smelling effective fly spray! We love the lemon and citronella scent which also what the flies hate. This spray is not overly oily or greasy and mists very well over the horse. Save an old bottle to use the spray nozzle from, it doesn’t come with one but we had several that screwed right into the bottle and work perfectly. The horse didn’t seem to mind the spray and has shown no signs of irritation on his skin anywhere. It’s a nice long lasting spray that doesn’t need to be reapplied more than once per day at most if your flies are bad. Like every other fly spray, it’s simple easy to use. Just spray it in and leave it or soft brush it in if you like. I like this product which is cheaper than name brands and just as effective or more so.

I don't like the idea of using chemical fly sprays on my horses, but none of the natural-based sprays I've used have worked until this one. Where I live we have a variety of flies--from regular stable flies to tiny pesky ones that come out at dusk. This spray is effective for all of them. It has a pleasant smell and the spray goes on easily and without leaking all over your hands. It kills the flies that are already on your horse and repels those wanting to land. Like all fly sprays, the longevity is limited so you will need to reapply.

This is a great spray, with natural plant-based ingredients. This is how all things should be made - chemical free and not harmful. Works great and doesn't smell terrible. Just spray and no need to pray
